中国教育电视台开展新媒体多网络融合技术的跟踪研究和应用,在平台建设规划等方面,采用国内外最先进技术,建立新的完善的终身学习体系和机制,构建终身教育体系,建立“学习超市”远程教育互动平台。
新平台将集聚整合数字电视、IPTV、手机电视、移动电视、楼宇电视、平面媒体等多种媒体,融合后的数字平台既可为发达地区提供优质信息共享,也为广大农村、西部等欠发达地区共享教育文化信息提供了可能。目前平台正在实施运作的项目有中国教育新媒体产业协作体、中国教育电视台新媒体效果评估中心、中国教育新媒体协会(筹)、山西数字电视教育信息网、中国教育电视台新媒体信息共享平台等。 |

CETV conducts tracking research and application of new media multi-network convergence technology and adopts the most national and international advanced technology to establish a new and complete permanent study system and mechanism, and to create a “learning supermarket”—a distance education platform.
The new platform integrates multiple medium as digital TV, IPTV, cellular phone TV, mobile TV, building TV and graphic media. The integrated digital platform enables to share the top quality information in the developed areas, and also enables the underdeveloped rural and western areas to share the educational and cultural information. Currently the projects of this operated platform include the China Education New Media Union, the New Media Assessment Center of CETV, the China Education New Media Association (in preparation), the Shanxi Digital TV Education Information Network and the CETV New Media Information Share Platform. |
